With less than 48 hours left of the precharge projectnet seo contest, I am ranking second at MSN Live Search
. I dominated the first place on MSN for almost the whole contest period. Paul’s entry was able to gain first position few days back. He got some backlinks from high page rank websites using Backlinks.com. I have done some work on my precharge projectnet entry and I am confident that I will regain the first position whenever MSN updates its search results. But it could be too late as the winner’s announcement is just around the corner within next 48 hours. Anyways, Best of luck to everyone.

After the major change in the structure of preCharge projectNet, participants are now eying at MSN. MSN is one of the easiest search engines to rank at. As the prize money to be given to the winners of Google is same as of the MSN, the participants are now trying their luck and skills on MSN as it is an easy target and demands much less in terms of skills and efforts.

There are only four days left for the second payout or round of precharge projectnet seo contest. My entry for the contest i.e. precharge projectnet is currently at 14th spot on Google. The seo work of most of the participants must be over by now and I do not think there will be much turn arounds in the current results. One interesting thing to note here is that Google is filtering or cutting out the duplicate content out of the precharge projectnet search results. So the results for precharge projectnet are actually decreasing. Best of luck to all the fellow participants for the second round.

I am currently ranking at 2nd position on Ask
. There is only one netscape page listed above this entry. I am happy to get listed on top on Ask. From the results evaluation, it seems to me that Ask does not like Blogs as much as Google. There are no blogs listed on top ten results and simple, text based non cms websites are leading the way.
